Onsite Training is flexible based on budget & need. i.e. 1 or 2 days such as a pre-conference session or as brief as an hour introductory talk. Virtual trainings typically range from 2 to 6 weeks to ensure adult learners have ample opportunity to try-on, synthesize and apply new concepts within their own lives. Based on trainee feedback this approach seems to work well for those who wish to not just acquire information but integrate it into their already busy lives in a supportive learning environment.

Individual and/or small group coaching is a client centered process whereby the coach provides support and structure as needed for the client to pursue their best thinking towards achievement of their goals. Client goals may include both personal and/or professional aspirations. Former clients have sought to:
- Increase their energy level through weight loss, sleep hygiene, dietary changes, physical activity, stress management
- Managed test anxiety through adopting a focus neuromeditation practice
- Strengthened their gratitude and appreciation within their lives through open heart neuromeditation
